Following Microsoft's Fabric announcement, there are now new open, save, and share options when working with OneDrive and SharePoint document libraries. The On-Object Interaction feature, released to Preview in March, has been updated, and there is a new ability for authors to define query limits in Desktop. Other additions include data model editing in the Power BI Service and updates to the Power BI Tabs in Microsoft Teams.<br></p><p>The Power BI data hub has been reimagined and rebranded as the OneLake data hub. Power BI lineage and impact analysis now support all Fabric items, and a new data category, Fabric, has been introduced. The update also features new connectors&#58; Lakehouse, Warehouse, and KQL database in Microsoft Fabric, MongoDB Atlas, Celonis EMS, CloudBlue PSA, and SolarWinds Service Desk, among others. Connector updates have been provided for Anaplan, AssembleViews, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Azure Databricks, Databricks, and more.<br></p><p>Further features include the general availability of Azure Maps, measure-driven data labels, Matrix accessibility improvements, and a new DAX function called MATCHBY. The on-premises data gateway also saw a May 2023 release. A significant development is the GA availability of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Additionally, editing your data model in the Power BI Service (Opt-In) and accessibility enhancements in paginated reports have been implemented.<br></p><p>Other changes concern Power BI paginated reports' consumption of Power BI Premium capacity, enhancing custom visuals with keyboard navigation, and detecting filtered report states with custom.
