## More A Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD)
A Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) is a type of data warehouse dimension which changes slowly over time. It is used to track the history of an entity's changing attributes, such as address information or product descriptions. The French Toast SCD adds another layer of complexity by allowing for multiple versions of the same record to exist at any given point in time. This means that when changes are made to a record, those changes can be tracked and traced back through time. By having this historical view available, organizations can analyze trends and patterns over time in their data more accurately and efficiently than ever before.
