I highly recommend the Cyber Essentials scheme here in the UK. But there are going to be some changes to it in 2023 and in this video, I will talk about what they are.

Firstly, the Cyber Essentials framework had some big changes in January 2022 including the introduction of multi-factor authentication (for admin accounts) and advise on backup.

There were also some other changes announced at the same time that you had a 12-month grace period to introduce, for example multi-factor authentication on all user accounts.

There are going to be some further changes in April 2023 which will offer clarity on BYOD (bring your own device) and anti-virus software.

Enjoy the video. If you have any questions about Cyber Essentials or you need a firm to take your company through the process, please let us know.
