  • Click-to-Call in Teams Phone: This feature, coming in early 2024, enables customers to reach sales and support teams via a webpage or app with a single click.
  • Private Line for Teams Phone: This new functionality, available in early 2024, allows for a private second phone number for select callers.
  • OneDrive App Experience in Teams: The Files app in Teams will be updated with the OneDrive app experience, slated for late November to mid-December 2023.
  • Teams Chat Embedded in Outlook Web: This feature enhances integration between Teams and Outlook Web and is currently being rolled out.
  • Simpler Creation of Teams and Channels: Users can now create teams or channels more easily, with full deployment expected by mid-December 2023.
