More about Azure Cognitive Services

Azure Cognitive Services are a set of powerful machine learning APIs that allow developers to easily add AI capabilities into applications. By leveraging these services, Power Platform users can create more intelligent and engaging experiences for their customers.

With Azure Cognitive Services, users can enable natural language processing (NLP) to understand user intent from text or voice input, computer vision to identify objects in images and videos, speech recognition for conversational interfaces, knowledge mining to extract facts from documents or web data sources, and more.

The use of these services within the Power Platform expands its capability far beyond basic automation workflows by enabling the development of advanced analytics solutions such as predictive models that leverage large datasets. Additionally, with built-in platform integration features like Flow connectors for cognitive services, it is easy for Power Platform developers to incorporate cognitive services into their existing applications without having to learn complicated coding languages.

Questions and Answers about Microsoft 365

Azure Cognitive Services Transcribe audible speech into readable, searchable text. Convert text to lifelike speech for more natural interfaces. Integrate real-time speech translation into your apps. Identify and verify the people speaking based on audio.

Simply log into your resource group on Azure portal (www.portal.azure.com) and add the relevant resource you want (for example “Text Analytics” for sentiment analysis, or “Computer Vision” or image recognition). The Computer Vision API from Cognitive Services is a powerful image and video recognition tool.

Azure Cognitive Services are cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) services that help developers build cognitive intelligence into applications without having direct AI or data science skills or knowledge. They are available through REST APIs and client library SDKs in popular development languages.
