How about saving certain email attachments as soon as they arrive in your Outlook inbox? You can save them in SharePoint so that your team has immediate access to the attachments. They don't have to wait for you to save the attachments. It only takes 5 minutes to set up a flow in Microsoft Power Automate. You can specify that only attachments from specific senders are saved, or add a filter for specific topics. You can save the files to a folder, OneDrive or SharePoint. We will even add a condition to save the attachments from a specific sender in a separate folder.
