The Power Platform Teams feature allows users to manage environment-level permissions. This feature allows users to assign roles and manage access to the Power Platform environments in their organization. With the help of this feature, users can assign roles to users and groups in their organization and manage the access to the Power Platform environment.
This helps to ensure that users have the appropriate access to the Power Platform environment, which can help to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. The Power Platform Teams feature listed under Products in the admin center allows you to use Azure AD security groups for the different roles available for each environment. Roles such as System Administrator, Environment Maker and User.

That a team template can be used to specify the access rights of automatically created access teams for different entity types in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
