How to Use Power Platform Teams for Environment Level Permissions The Power Platform Teams feature listed under Products in the admin center

The Power Platform Teams feature allows users to manage environment-level permissions. This feature allows users to assign roles and manage access to the Power Platform environments in their organization. With the help of this feature, users can assign roles to users and groups in their organization and manage the access to the Power Platform environment.

This helps to ensure that users have the appropriate access to the Power Platform environment, which can help to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. This feature also allows users to assign roles to users and groups in their organization and manage the access to the Power Platform environment. This feature also allows administrators to monitor the activity in the Power Platform environment and track changes in the environment.

The Power Platform Teams feature listed under Products in the admin center allows you to use Azure AD security groups for the different roles available for each environment. Roles such as System Administrator, Environment Maker and User.

In this video, I will walk you through how this works.

That a team template can be used to specify the access rights of automatically created access teams for different entity types in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The template specifies the entity type and access rights, such as Read, Write, and Share, that team members are granted when the team is created. Once a team template is created, it must be added to the entity main form for the specified entity type. This allows the access team template to be displayed as a list on all record forms for that entity type. Users can then use the list to add or remove team members. The example provided is creating a “Sales team” team template for the account entity, which would appear as a list on all account record forms.
