Scheduling chat messages to be sent in the future is an easy task with Microsoft Teams. This feature allows you to plan and schedule important messages for your team members or colleagues ahead of time.
To get started, open a chat window in Teams and compose your message as you normally would. Once done, click on the three dots menu at the bottom right corner of the screen and select “Schedule Message” from the drop-down list that appears.
A pop-up will appear where you can choose when you want your message to be delivered by selecting either a specific date and time or a recurring schedule such as daily or weekly intervals. When finished, press send and your scheduled message will automatically be delivered at the specified time without any further input from you!
