Switching between document libraries in SharePoint can be done quickly and easily. The easiest way to switch between document libraries is by using the Quick Launch menu on the left side of your screen. This will give you a list of all available document libraries within your site, allowing you to click on any library to open it up.
You can also use the Site Contents page under the gear icon at the top right corner of your screen. Here, you will see a list of all available lists and libraries along with their icons for easy recognition and selection. Finally, if you know exactly which library or folder you need access to, then typing its address into your browser’s URL bar can take you straight there without having to search through menus first.
