How to extract text from images in Microsoft 365

Extracting text from images in Microsoft 365 can be accomplished conveniently using an app on your smartphone. The necessary app is available on the Play Store for Android devices. It is called Microsoft 365office and upon installation and logging in with your Microsoft account, you can use it to capture an image of a document and then extract the text from it.
