When you create a new Hub in SharePoint Online, you can associate it with another Hub so that they appear together on the same page. This allows users to quickly switch between Hubs and view content from both Hubs at once. To associate a Hub to another Hub in SharePoint Online, go to the Hubs page in your SharePoint Online instance, click on the Hub you want to associate with another Hub, and choose the “Associate Hub” option. Select the Hub you want to associate with, and click “Associate”. This will add both Hubs to the same page, and you can switch between them using the tabs at the top of the page.

Click Settings (gear icon) > Site information > hub site association and select the desired hub. You'll only see the hubs you have permission to associate to.
