First, I’ll demonstrate how to set up the initial flow. The flow will be triggered when an applicant completes a Microsoft form. It will create a sharing link on SharePoint via Rest API and email the applicant with a request to upload their ID evidence.
Next, I’ll showcase the second flow that will be triggered once the applicant uploads their ID evidence. This flow will use AI Builder to extract entities and validate the evidence provided against the data provided in the Microsoft Form, including their name, date of birth and ID document expiry date.
To give you a comprehensive understanding of the process, I’ll take you through step-by-step demonstrations using two applicants, one that passes, another fails, using a driving license and passport.
Finally, I’ll take a deep dive into the SharePoint File Request feature and show you how to automate it using Rest API, so you can easily integrate it into your own workflow.
