With this solution, users can create an approval flow that works with their existing systems and applications, allowing them to streamline their processes in a single, unified solution.
Using Power Automate Approvals, organizations can create an approval process that is tailored to their organization’s needs, allowing them to approve documents and other items quickly and accurately. Additionally, the solution offers features such as automated notifications, support for multiple approvers, and the ability to set up branching logic for different types of approvals. With Power Automate Approvals, organizations can streamline their approval processes and reduce the amount of manual work required.

Assigned approvers are given two options: Approve or Reject. Approval or rejection by any approver completes the request. The actions that follow the Start and wait for an approval action run after any one of the approvers gives approval. You define the options the assigned approvers can choose from.
Approvers can respond to requests from their email inbox, the approvals center in Power Automate, or the Power Automate app.
Start and Wait for an Approval automates the full lifecycle of the Approval. It creates the records in CDS, send notifications, and then blocks the flow run until the Approval criteria is met or the action times out. The outputs of the action include the approvers, responses, comments, and so on.
Request an approval when a button or link in Power Apps is selected. Approvers can view their approval requests in the Approvals Center and over email. Once the approver responds an approval or rejection email will be sent to a recipient as a follow up. Connect your favorite apps to automate repetitive tasks.
