Power Apps Governance is an approach to Power Apps governance that uses a Center of Excellence (COE) model. The starter kit provides guidance on setting up and managing the COE, including best practices for Power Platform administration, roles & responsibilities, compliance & security considerations, support models and more. It also includes templates for creating policies and processes around various aspects of Power Platform development such as app life-cycle management, user access control and data governance. Finally, it provides guidance on how to monitor usage and measure success in order to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
