More about Power BI Refresh Folder

When a file is added to a folder, Power BI can be configured to automatically refresh its data to reflect the changes made to the file. This is done by setting up a data refresh schedule. You can configure a schedule to run at a specific time or to run on a recurring basis. When the schedule runs, Power BI will query the folder and detect any changes made to the file and refresh its data accordingly. This can be useful when you have a large dataset that is updated on a regular basis or when you have an automated workflow that generates new files.
