Want to make your Power App look like a real Desktop Application? Well you can do that creating your own Desktop Shortcut!

Turn your next PowerApp into a Desktop Application with Shortcuts is an innovative way to turn your PowerApps into desktop applications. With the help of Shortcuts, you can now create powerful apps that are tailored for use on Windows and tablets. This feature allows users to quickly launch their PowerApps as if they were running natively on the device, without having to log in or access the cloud every time. Additionally, Shortcuts will also allow users to take advantage of features like automatic updates, offline mode support and even integration with Microsoft Office 365 services.

Want to make your Power App look like a real Desktop Application? Well you can do that creating your own Desktop Shortcut!

By editing the Target in the properties of a Shortcut and using MS Edge in App mode you can remove the entire navigation, you can also hide the PowerApps Nav bar, then create your own icon for your Desktop App. Finally our Power App is actually a real Application! Not just a link buried deep in our Office 365.
