Microsoft Loop is a collaborative workspace that integrates various components to create dynamic and interactive documents. Loop components are powerful tools within this workspace, designed to work across Microsoft 365 apps and services. These components allow users to collaborate in real-time, making it easier to coordinate and complete tasks more efficiently. Some of the key features of Microsoft Loop components include:

Similar to other Loop components, task lists are movable content that maintains synchronization across all shared locations. These tasks are not only portable, but they also sync with Planner and To Do, allowing users to manage their tasks from the programs of their choosing. Here are some modern methods for creating task lists. More entry points will be added in the future, but the behavior should not change. 

Loop workspaces facilitate the organization of all the components you require for your project, including tasks. You can type "/" to insert a task list on a Loop page and 'Add a task' to add more tasks.A user can be assigned to any task by simply selecting or mentioning their name.Your task list can be made into a Loop component so that it can be shared via chat in Teams, Outlook, and even web apps like Word and Whiteboard when you use Microsoft 365. No matter where the edits are being finished, when tasks are added or finished, the updates are synchronized across all the locations where the task list was shared.These tasks can be completed anywhere and in Microsoft Planner.

To-Do list Loop components can also be found on communication hubs such as Teams and Outlook. You'll find an additional set of options under the "Loop Components" option in the "Insert" tab of your new email. To add a new task list to the email body, select the "Task List" option. This task list allows you to add new tasks, assign users to it, and add the due dates for each task.Every user who has been assigned a task will be automatically added to the email's "To" list.

The tasks you add in Planner will be added and synchronized to the first bucket in your plan when you add them to the first task list in your collaborative notes. Each new task list you add to the collaborative notes file will result in the creation of a new bucket in the synchronized plan. You can move tasks between task lists in the Collaborative notes file to move tasks between plan buckets after you've created multiple task lists. Additionally, you can transfer tasks between those buckets and task lists in collaborative notes.It won't, however, add a new task list to your collaborative notes if you add a new bucket in Planner.

Similarly, for multiple Task lists created in a Loop page in Loop app, each task list will create a new bucket in the plan.
