To search for pictures or graphics in Microsoft Word, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Word document in which you want to search for pictures or graphics.
  2. Click on the “Home” tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on the “Find” icon in the “Editing” section of the ribbon. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl + F” (Windows) or “Command + F” (Mac) to bring up the “Find” dialog box.
  4. In the “Find” dialog box, click on the “More” button to expand the search options.
  5. Click on the “Format” button and select “Graphic” from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click on the “Find Next” button to start the search. Word will highlight the first graphic it finds that matches your search criteria.
  7. To find the next graphic, click on the “Find Next” button again. Word will continue to highlight each matching graphic in the document.
  8. Once you have found the graphic you are looking for, you can click on it to select it. This will bring up the “Picture Format” tab in the ribbon, which contains a variety of options for editing and formatting the graphic.
  9. To close the “Find” dialog box, click on the “X” button in the top-right corner.
