How to make Dynamic Icons in Power BI

Dynamic icons in Power BI are a way to create visuals that can be updated automatically based on changes in the underlying data. For example, you can set up a dynamic icon to change from a green checkmark to a red X when a certain metric drops below a certain threshold.
