Rename column headings with Power Query is a quick and automated way to edit and customize column headings in your data. It allows you to quickly and easily change the names of columns in a table, making it easier to read and understand the data you’re working with.

To rename a column heading using Power Query, first select the column you want to rename. Then, click the small drop-down arrow located to the right of the column name. This will open the “Rename” dialog box. From here, you can type in the new column name, and click “Ok” when done. Power Query will then automatically update the column name in the table without needing any additional steps.

In addition to renaming column headings, Power Query also allows you to add additional columns to a table, as well as rearrange columns and delete columns. It also provides many other features for data manipulation, such as sorting data, combining data from multiple sources, and creating custom calculations.
