Microsoft Stream is a cloud-based video streaming platform developed by Microsoft. It allows users to upload, share, and manage videos in an organized manner. It integrates with other Office 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI. With the help of SharePoint, administrators can set up permissions for accessing videos on Stream.

They can assign specific roles to different users or groups that allow them to view or edit certain videos only. Administrators can also restrict access to particular video channels by creating custom permission levels for each channel. This ensures that only authorized personnel have the ability to view or modify content within those channels. Additionally, administrators can control who has access to individual videos by setting up sharing policies at either the channel level or the individual video level.
