How to use Scheduling Poll in Microsoft Outlook 365

Using Scheduling Poll in Microsoft Outlook 365 is a great way to quickly and easily schedule meetings or events with multiple people. With this feature, you can create a poll with a series of dates and times and send it out to everyone involved. Invitees can then choose their preference and the poll will add up the votes and select the most popular option. You can also add a place, subject, and message to the poll to make it easier to plan. Once the poll is complete, Outlook will create the meeting or event and add it to everyone’s calendar.
