  • Permissions & required tables: Users need read permission on marketing tables to view interactions; common tables include msdyncrm_marketingemail, msevtmgt_event, msdyncrm_marketingform, msdynmkt_marketingform, msdyncrm_website, msdynmkt_email, msdynmkt_pushnotification, and msdynmkt_sms.
    CustomerID backstamping may be required for Data Profile interactions to appear on the timeline.

    Test changes in Sandbox, confirm permissions, then publish to Production to avoid user disruption.
