Teams: Organize Chats with Sections

  Choose custom/manual order, most recent, or unread-only views to manage what appears in each section.

  The layout scales for busy teams and supports up to 50 sections with 50 items per section.
• Availability: Sections launched as part of the new chat-and-channels experience in late March 2025 and completed rollout by April 2025.
  Sections appear in the desktop app when the list uses Custom sorting; this is an update to Teams, not a separate product.
