What are Fluent UI?

Fluent UI is a design system created by Microsoft that provides a set of guidelines and resources for building user interfaces across different platforms, including web, desktop, and mobile. It is based on the Fluent Design System, which aims to create a more natural and intuitive user experience by using light, depth, motion, and material to create a sense of physicality and tactility in digital interfaces.

Fluent UI includes a library of pre-built components, such as buttons, forms, menus, and icons, that can be used to quickly and consistently design and develop user interfaces that adhere to the Fluent Design System. It also provides guidelines for typography, color, spacing, and other design elements to ensure consistency across different platforms and devices.

Fluent UI is open-source and can be used with a variety of development frameworks and platforms, including React, Angular, Vue, and more. It is also integrated with Microsoft’s developer tools, such as Visual Studio and the Power Platform, to enable easier development and deployment of Fluent UI-based applications.
