Microsoft is making new investments to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) grow and scale their businesses. SMBs are rapidly adopting AI-powered tools for sales and marketing automation and business operations automation. Microsoft has launched Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI tool that automates routine tasks, streamlines business workflows, and provides valuable insights to help SMBs make the right decisions.
The company has also partnered with GoDaddy, PayPal, and Stripe to launch the first-of-its-kind Teams Payments app that allows SMBs to manage and collect payments from within Teams meetings. Additionally, Microsoft has launched the Loop app that helps employees better collaborate and create together and has added new security capabilities to Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft Defender for Business to help SMBs stay safe from cyberattacks.
Finally, in celebration of National Small Business Week, Microsoft is offering a 15 percent discount off the first full year of Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium for new customers in the United States.
