When working with Microsoft’s Power Apps, the process of sizing your applications doesn’t have to be a daunting or complex task. In fact, it can be as straightforward as defining the height and width of the app, much like you would do when setting dimensions for a digital image or a design layout in a graphic design software. Power Apps’ user-friendly interface and intuitive controls make this seemingly technical aspect of app development quite manageable, even for those who may not have an extensive background in app design or programming.

However, today, I encountered a scenario that deviated slightly from the typical square or rectangular app layout that most of us are familiar with. In this particular case, I needed to create an app with a banner-like shape. This is not the standard shape we commonly see in app design, which usually tend to be more square or vertically oriented to fit neatly into a mobile device or desktop screen.
