SharePoint migration tool 4.1 now support migration from SharePoint Server 2019 to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Designer workflows can now be migrated to Power Automate.
SharePoint Migration Tool 4.1 now supports migration of content from SharePoint Server 2016, 2013 and 2010 to Microsoft 365 or Office 365 with Power Automate support.
This tool helps organizations migrate their data and content from legacy versions of SharePoint to the latest version without any hassle. With this automated solution, businesses can easily move their documents, lists, libraries and other items quickly and securely in a few simple steps.
The tool also offers features such as incremental migrations for large datasets, real-time monitoring capabilities for progress tracking during the migration process, user mapping options for easy user provisioning across domains, advanced filtering options to selectively choose which items should be migrated etc. Additionally it provides an end-to-end audit trail so that enterprises can track all activities related to the migration process at any point in time.
What is supported
Using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT), you can now migrate:
- SharePoint Server 2010 out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflows to Power Automate including: Approval, Collect Feedback, Collect Signature, and Three-state workflows
- SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 Designer (SPD) workflows to Power Automate
- List, library workflows and content-type workflows (not site workflows)
- Workflow definitions and associations (not workflow history data)
