To update a query within a worksheet, simply refresh the query.
Within the pane, right-click the desired query, choose Properties, navigate to the Usage tab, and then check the 'Refresh every … minutes' box, specifying the desired interval. Ensure that 'Enable background refresh' is enabled to allow the query to refresh even while working on other tasks.
Begin by selecting Data > Get Data (Power Query), then open the Query Editor by clicking Launch Power Query Editor.
