Microsoft has announced plans to integrate OpenAI's natural language processing (NLP) technology, ChatGPT, into all of its products. The integration will enable more sophisticated and personalized conversations with customers across Microsoft’s suite of products, including Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
OpenAI is an artificial intelligence research lab that specializes in developing AI-based technologies such as machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP). ChatGPT is the company's open source NLP platform which enables developers to create conversational agents that can converse naturally with humans using text or voice input.
