Microsoft has announced the Microsoft 365 Copilot Early Access Program, which will be a paid preview available to an initial wave of 600 customers worldwide. The company has been testing Copilot since March with 20 enterprise customers, including Goodyear, General Motors, The Walsh Group, and Avanade, who have provided positive feedback, saying that Copilot has the potential to revolutionize work, particularly in meetings and creativity. The customers have also identified areas where Microsoft can improve Copilot, such as needing more conversational, multi-turn interactions. Microsoft plans to use this feedback to refine Copilot as it brings it to more customers, helping them adapt to this new way of working.

As our team has tested the technology, we’ve received great feedback about Copilot in Teams. The ability to ask questions during a meeting is fantastic and the action items list and meeting summaries are very useful features. While Copilot is still early in its development cycle, we’re excited to see what’s next!”
