One thing that IT Admins fail to do and is what, in my opinion, is a quick win is to personalize the Microsoft 365 Login Page. By default, you get a login page with a Microsoft logo and a plain look and feel. However, you can spice it up with a background image and a company logo, making it a bit more personal for the users. I explain how to do this in this article.

Branding a Microsoft 365 login page is an important step in creating a unique and recognizable online presence for your business. You can create a custom login page by using the branding tools available within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
The process involves uploading images, changing colors, adding text and other elements to customize the look and feel of your login page. Once you have created your custom design, you will be able to apply it to all users who access their account through that particular domain or service such as Outlook Web Access (OWA). Additionally, you can also use this feature to promote events or new products with custom banners or logos on the login page.
