GPT-4 to continually improve AI models in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Microsoft has introduced AI capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Viva Sales to assist businesses and individuals in achieving their goals. Dynamics 365 Copilot is a collaboration with OpenAI that provides AI-powered assistance across business functions, such as a smart news insights capability for Microsoft Supply Chain Platform.

This alerts warehouse and logistics professionals to external events that could disrupt operations and proactively helps them plan their mitigation with Copilot-powered content. Microsoft’s collaboration with OpenAI creates a “better together” story for customers, and the company has experimented with multiple OpenAI models, including ChatGPT and GPT-4, the newest and most capable model in the GPT series. Microsoft has also used Power Virtual Agents conversation booster to help the Internal Revenue Service answer questions from users.
