This feature was announced as a public preview in September, and now users can send these cards automatically via flows using the new connector and updated Teams connector.

Additionally, the authoring experience has been improved to make it easier to design cards that suit business processes. These new features allow anyone to use cards to bring conversations and workflows together in a more effective and efficient way.
