Microsoft has announced new features for Bing and Microsoft Edge, including Bing Image Creator, AI-powered visual Stories, and updated Knowledge Cards. Bing Image Creator allows users to create an image by using their own words to describe the picture they want to see. This feature is powered by an advanced version of the DALL∙E model from OpenAI.
Visual tools are becoming increasingly important as the human brain processes visual information much faster than text. Images are one of the most searched categories and historically, search was limited to existing images on the web, but with Bing Image Creator, users can create their own. This feature is integrated into the Bing chat experience and is available in Creative mode.
