Coming soon.. Playlists for Microsoft Stream

Users will be able to create playlists from their video and music files using this functionality for simple categorization, sharing, and playback. Users who have permission to edit a playlist can add any video and audio files to it.

Anyone with access to the playlist and its contents can watch the videos in chronological sequence or jump back and forth between them.
